Eligible Individuals	Any individual having independent source of income (both salaried and non-salaried) and having existing independent house
Age	21 – 65 years
Rate of Interest	11% (Concessional rate of interest for woman applicants)
Loan Limit	80% of project cost after netting up the subsidy or Rs. 10.00 lakh whichever is lower subject to repayment capacity of borrower
Margin	20% of the project cost (after netting the subsidy)
Moratorium	Maximum period of 6 months or the time taken by the DISCOM for installation of the Roof Top Solar Plant whichever is easier
Repayment period	Upto 60 months
Documents required	3 months’ Pay slips/ form 16 for the past 2 years (in case of salaried)/ 2 years IT returns (in case of self-employed), 6 months Bank statement, Proof of residence and official address, KYC documents etc.
